Virtual tours have been around for several years, but because of the high cost were used only on the million dollar properties as a marketing tool.  As the real estate industry turned to the internet for marketing, competition brought new providers to the marketplace.  With Affordable Real Tours, you get a professional product at a reasonable price.  Users view your tour on our website where it is available for at least 12 months at no charge, and use their mouse to navigate the camera angle.  Look up or down, left or right, even zoom in and out.  In fact, it's so close to really being there, we called it a REAL TOUR.  Because we evaluated several technologies before selecting our solution, we're able to stick to our commitment of keeping it AFFORDABLE.  And that's how we got the name.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, a virtual tour is worth a thousand pictures.  Our tours give the viewer navigation controls to look around just like they are standing in the room.  The photos give enough detail to spark an interest so they will contact you to schedule a showing.  Our virtual tour solutions are designed for the person who is familiar with surfing the internet, but doesn't want to be bothered with the details of how it all works.  They give you another tool to attract prospective business or just share a beautiful scene.

Here's the Process

When you request information, we'll contact you to answer any questions and schedule a time for the photographer to meet you and take the photos.  We will also assign you a TOUR ID at this time.  After the photos have been taken, we process them to create your virtual tour.  We will publish your virtual tour on our servers.  Next we send you an email with a link to your tour.  If you already have a website, your webmaster can use the link to add your virtual tour to your existing site. 

Many customers purchase the 5 page WebSite Tonight package from Rising Star Websites which lets you use professionally designed templates to create a site that showcases the property being marketed.  Still photos can be added to the site as well as descriptions, email links or a phone number for contacting you, a map to the property or any other info you desire.  Real estate agents also include a link to their company site, personal site, city website,  or other websites of interest.  The cost is less than $6 a month with a minimum 2 month commitment.  Click HERE to see an example of this.
